Michael Silhavi is a young chef from Verona, of French origin, who has traveled the world in starred kitchens; London, Budapest, Sardinia, Bangkok and New York are places that influenced his approach to cooking and ingredients. The most significant experience, however, was that of the three years spent in the kitchens of the two-star restaurant Perbellini in Isola Rizza, where he honed technique and professionalism. Now at Ristorante Ponte Pietra the Chef, assisted by a strong team, serves an actual cuisine with traditional flavors and modern techniques, immersed in the charm of the city of love.
